Manor House Hotel
This former Victorian mansion, which for many years in the last century was a maternity hospital, became the original Celtic Manor Hotel in 1982 and won the Egon Ronay award for best hotel in Wales in five consecutive years.
Your Course(s)
Roman Road
The very first of Celtic Manor Resort’s courses, Roman Road opened in 1995. It has been ranked ‘the top inland course in Wales’ by Golf Monthly Magazine.
Overlooking the Severn Estuary with views across to Somerset and Devon. It was designed by Robert Trent Jones Snr. And is named after the old Via Julia Roman highway that ran through its fairways.
The Twenty Ten Course
The Twenty Ten is first course to be built specifically for golf’s greatest team tournament. It measures a robust 7,493 yards off the back tees and has a par of 71. A must for all those golfers that like good golf and an experience of a lifetime. And of course follow in the footsteps of their Ryder Cup heroes.
The Montgomerie
A dramatic par 69 challenge designed by Ryder Cup legend Colin Montgomerie. He called on all his Ryder Cup experience to create a course with many exciting tests of strategy.
Spectacular views abound with dramatic tee shots over valleys and breathtaking downhill shots. Host course for various professional and high ranking amateur events.
