If the golf course you are due to play is closed due to inclement weather then we will issue you a refund for that particular green fee or in some instances the golf club will offer a complimentary return voucher for you to play the course at some point in the future.
Buggies can be pre-booked direct with the golf courses. Simply call the Pro shop to book your buggies and then pay for these on the day of play. We can supply you with the contact number and who you need to speak to in order to book your buggies. Buggies are subject to ground conditions on the day. Buggies can be taken out of play at any time if the weather dictates.
Any changes required must be done through the group organiser. You must email us with your changes and we will endeavour to assist you in making the relevant amendments to your break. Please note that changes are subject to availability.
