The Old Course
Designed by Willie Park Jr. and opened in 1901, the Old Course is a classic of early golf architecture. With generous fairways, heather-lined rough and strategic bunkering, it rewards thoughtful play and precision over power.
Measuring just over 6,600 yards, it is defined by its elegance and playability, with standout holes such as the par-4 10th and the picturesque par-3 11th.
The New Course
Opened in 1923 and designed by Harry Colt, the New Course offers a more demanding and dramatic test. Built on firmer ground with greater elevation changes, it features tighter fairways, bold bunkering and a strong finishing stretch.
Slightly longer and more challenging, it requires a combination of power, accuracy and strategic thinking.
