What Is Padel?
Padel, pronounced “pad-el”, is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world.
Often described as a mix between tennis and squash, it is a fast, social and exciting sport that is easy to learn and great fun to play.
Padel is always played in doubles on an enclosed court around one third of the size of a tennis court. The walls are part of the game, meaning the ball can bounce off the glass and still be played, creating longer rallies and more excitement.
Unlike tennis, padel uses an underarm serve and a smaller solid racket, making it easier to pick up for beginners while still offering plenty of challenge and strategy for experienced players
