The golf courses, hotels, transport providers and excursions featured on our website, brochures or marketing materials are supplied by third-party providers and are for illustrative purposes only. Great Days Golf Travel does not own, control or operate these suppliers. All arrangements are sold by Great Days Golf Travel acting as an agent and provider of bespoke golf travel experiences.
Booking
For group bookings, one principal client must act as the main point of contact (“Lead Contact”). The Lead Contact will liaise with Great Days Golf Travel regarding all aspects of the trip via email, telephone or other agreed communication methods.
We will recommend suitable golf courses, accommodation, travel arrangements and excursions tailored to your group. Once the itinerary has been agreed, a full pricing structure will be provided.
The Lead Contact must be over 18 years of age and will be responsible for all payments relating to the booking.
Payment Terms
Bookings & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required once the final price has been agreed. The deposit amount will depend on the travel date and supplier payment terms.
We may request names, addresses and other details of all travelling guests, as required by suppliers. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Balance Payment
The balance must be paid no later than 12 weeks prior to departure, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Failure to pay on time may result in forfeiture of some or all elements of the booking, including loss of deposit.
Booking Amendments
As we provide bespoke packages, amendments after confirmation may incur additional charges. Changes in group size may alter the agreed price per person. All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Great Days Golf Travel Adjustments
In the event of supplier availability changes or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to amend or cancel tee times and/or accommodation. Any cost difference will be borne by the client. We will always endeavour to provide suitable alternatives.
Cancellations
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, illness, flight disruption or other unforeseen circumstances. While we will assist wherever possible, refunds cannot be issued until all supplier costs and fees have been recovered.
Insurance
Great Days Golf Ltd holds Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance. Clients are responsible for arranging personal travel insurance, including cancellation, health, and personal belongings cover. We accept no liability for such claims.
Accommodation
At accommodation properties, one member of each room may be required to provide a credit/debit card upon check-in to cover incidental charges or damages. Great Days Golf Travel accepts no liability for such charges.
Behaviour
All clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout their trip. Hotels and golf courses reserve the right to refuse service or accommodation for unacceptable behaviour. Great Days Golf Travel accepts no liability where services are refused due to non-compliance with venue rules.
Dress Code & Handicap Requirements
Many golf clubs require appropriate golf attire and proof of handicap. We cannot accept responsibility if a client is refused play due to inappropriate dress or failure to provide required documentation. We will inform the Lead Contact of any specific requirements, but it is the responsibility of each guest to comply.
Standard of Play – Golf Etiquette
All guests are expected to understand and observe the Rules of Golf and accepted etiquette. Some courses require handicap certification; where applicable, this will be advised at booking. Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet and can evidence any such requirements.
Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Complaints
